03 Consultation Bookings & Payments
Booking Policy
All consultation requests through our registration form are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from [email protected] and any required initial payment has been processed.
Cancellation
We require at least 24 hours' notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of an online consultation. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the session cost.
04 Intellectual Property
All materials on nutricionistaslovakia.sk—including text, images, logos, and dietary protocols—are the intellectual property of Nutricionista Slovakia or its content suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to view the material for personal use only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from this site without prior written consent from our Bratislava office. Any unauthorized use of the materials appearing on this site may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
05 Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic. Both parties agree that the courts seated in Bratislava, Slovakia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim arising from these terms.
